Annual Alfie Shrubb 8K Classic  ›  Walkers

Alfie Shrubb was my first event EVER (graduation from a Running Room
clinic).  It was also my first comeback event after my diagnosis of leukemia
in August 2004.  It was HOT and the hill was BIG but Maureen coached, okay
“pulled” me up it to my third annual Alfie FINISH!  Alfie rules!
